Several BAV students competed at the Altona Junior Under 11, 15 and 19 tournament last weekend, finishing the day with superb results. Our under 11 students dominated most of the events on the day, with Ethan Ea winning the boys singles, Yee-Yuan Lim and Kishen winning the girls doubles and Nils Vercruysse and Anushka Sridhar winning the mixed as well as most of the runner ups were also BAV students.

Our under 15 students also dominated in their age group with Ryan Venpin winning the boys singles, Ryan Venpin and Ross Audley winning the boys doubles, Irene Chau and Kaitlyn Ea winning the girls doubles and Ryan Venpin and Irene Chau winning the mixed. A few of our under 13 students also competed in the under 15 age group. Good effort to them for taking up the challenge and congratulations to our winners!

Lucky last, congratulations to our superstar Joy Lai on winning the girls singles in the under 19 age group. Joy Lai has been busy travelling around the world competing mutiple international tournaments to qualify for the Rio Olympics. We wish her the best!
