The team events Pan Pacific Games will be between 4 countries (2x Australian teams, Singapore and New Zealand). The format of the team matches consists of 3 mens and ladies singles, 1 mens & ladies doubles and 3 mixed doubles.

2006 Junior Commonwealth Games Squad announced
BAV players Einstein Tanaka, Boris Ma, Erica Pong and Victoria Na are announced as the 2006 Junior Commonwealth Games Squad in Brisbane by the Australian Commonwealth Games Association (ACGA).
There are eight players selected, the others are Jeff Tho (VIC), Kenny Ng (NSW), Ann-Slee (VIC) and Leanne Choo (SA).
The ACGA provides a junior development grant annually to Commonwealth Games Program Sports to support junior development. The grant targets talented junior athletes who are potential future Commonwealth Games athletes and is used to provide international competition for the athletes.
